Tomsk to Make Time Zone Change on May 29, 2016
On May 29th, 2016 at 2:00 AM local time, Tomsk Obslast will change their standard offset from +06 to +07. President Putin recently signed this time zone change into law which affects the Siberian region of Russia.
The region will be moving their clocks forward one hour at 2:00 AM local time.
Currently, there are a total of 6 additional areas that have shifted their time zone offset in 2016, most of those changes happened in March. The cities affected include Astrakhan, Chita, Gorno-Altaysk, Barnaul, Ulyanovsk, and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
